This was an interesting trade to do! This little pony is COMPony, or "Cubey" (which I think is a adorable nickname), and belongs to *rhodecyl . She's a pony version of The Companion Cube from Portal.
Looots of small stuff to remember to squeeze in there. Overall, I think it came out pretty decent. I was unsure of the eye colour seeing how on every artwork Rhodecyl had done of her, the eyes were closed. So I guessed a bit after seeing some other artist's vision of her.

I also tried out something different with the backdrop. Instead of an outer line surrounding the pony, I copied the body, filled it with one colour and put it as a lighter "shadow". I like the feeling it gives, but not certain other parts. I don't think I'll be using that technique again.
But as momma says, gotta try at least once!
