Well, it depends on the program your using. If your using photoshop or gimp, you can actually find them her on devianart. What kind of brushes do you need? maybe I can point you in the right direction. If not, you could do what I do, and type in the deviantart search bar "gimp (type of brush or effect your looking for) brush" or do the same with photoshop.

I'm not sure what kind of brushes your looking for, but I searched deviantart and faved some that I thought might be useful (they're in the stock folder). I'm not familiar with Paint tool SAI and have never used it, so I'm sorry if I didn't help much.....
