You wanted advice.
This splendiforous. I love it with every fiber of my being.
Compared to a published manga, I would suggest using some dramatic lighting affects and lots of intricate lines, especially in the hair.
(God, if i could Only use my own advice.)

It's not bad at all ^w^
However, Japan's speech bubble in the 4th panel is a bit obscure so you might want to erase some of the tones and lines that intrude the bubble so you can read the words more clearly
The background is lovely though

Hm, I don't think it's necessarily the tones that's the problem. Perhaps work on the lineart a bit more?

hmm well the lineart is done , using a black pen before I scan, I donno what type of pen i should use for these kinda things, thanks for the comment

Oh, no, I meant for future references since the tones are mostly fine I think. Maybe use black more? And...I'm not that good at inking either (or toning for that matter) so you know
