Now this is an awesome photo!! I love the lighting and the color pallet here! Especially that amber glow from all the lights.

The good news is that this museum is about 1 hour away from Waterville, so not too far away. During the summer time they have steam trains running every weekend which is a lot of fun. One of the most desirable features of this railroad is that it's a very hands on oriented museum. Nearly every single weekend during the year, there are volunteers working on many projects at the railroad. For example, currently the volunteers are working on completely restoring original steam locomotive Number 9 and at the same time they are prepping themselves for a completely new build of steam locomotive number 11. Many other projects occur during the year such as track laying weekend where about 200 volunteers from around the country come to help lengthen the railroad bed and track, laying track, ties, and even tamping the ballast (rocks around the tracks) where in one weekend, the rail line will grow by about 1200 ft or so

Glad you enjoyed all the photos I've posted from this railroad! That makes me so happy

I like the lighting and the colour of the train, it's very steampunk-esque.
