Description
Scratch built lifesize R2-D2 from Star Wars. Materials are aluminum, styrene, glass, metal and wood inner framing. Still have a couple things to do including fiber optics and lights.Weathered in sand, and some acrylics.

Is this one modelled off the specs at the r2builders club on Yahoo, or did you just base it off the movies directly?

Thanx so much for the kind words. Devotion....well either that or complete insanity. I also have a full built suit of Darth Vader, which I'm posting soon too. Yes, R2's legs are movable, but his middle leg isnt installed. (Soon tho)
