New Character for my Contest(even thought it's on hold but you can still enter it and I'll put it back on as soon as I get all my character's References up)

Info: Being one of the Bravest and loyal Warriors of the Cloud City. She can Fly very Fast and Use Light based Attacks. With her Staff of the Angels she can basically use it for Close-ranges and Long-range combat. Having a Crush on Genidoom She also is very kind to him. She joins Cortez to put Dr.War out of Comission after you help her defeat one of the Bosses in Cloud City.
