I really wouldn't say it is Bozo (considering SFDI taking place 10 years after and Bozo (if she is a child GB) got harmed by the unknown shadow in a flashback of IDFB 1, presumably before the events of BFDI.

But ping pong balls don't have cores. They're hoolow. So there's no way Golf Ball and Bozo are related.

It isn't confirmed that Bozo was a ping-pong ball.
It was likely that she was in the process of becoming a golf ball, as they have a solid white core as one of the layers. Ā (Far right)
That does debunk my aging theory, but this one holds up.

Oh wow.
In one of my object shows, Best of the Rest, there is a character named Pingpong Ball who was based off of Bozo and Rubber Ball who was based off of the unknown shadow, even though they are friends and not enemies.
