There always seems to be a stunning sunset here in summer, thanks. The ranch was great !!, I left the windows open last nite and slept like a baby. Also went for a very long walk, so peaceful, thanks for asking.

We may get some more, if we get some summer this year. I don't think there is anyone who doesn't love sunsets.

I didn't sleep for years, but that is behind me now, only times is when I am fixing everything in my head, its not worth it anymore, so I sleep, little things are no longer important.

Same for me years ago, being Mum etc., but like you the little things don't prevent my sleep - if worried sick about anyone close to me, that's the times I cannot sleep well, such as this period of time in the last year and now.
It's not as tough now I am getting use to it more and as I say, worse things are going on but the fact I cannot help in any way, is worse.
Anyhow, good for you getting your sleep - you certainly d need it, more than me now.

Whatever is going on, if you can't fix it, you need to try and let it go, that is the hardest part, the more you try the easier it will get, sweet dreams.

Is OK, it's just one of those things - it's not a not letting go thing, it's just the impossibility to physically get to do anything - the miles away etc.
I think maybe I haven't been informed of all details last time I heard anything, so it may be that I don't need to worry so much now, but am not sure.
Anyway, it is almost 3am and sleep isn't happening. I was tired earlier, then got engrossed on here, then signed out, but still not up to going to bed yet, so am back again.
Oh well.

I don't think I will ever know now, so I have to try and not worry - hard when always thought of others first though, but it'll work out in the end, one way or the other.
