Description Just a quick doodle. I wanted to achieve that feeling of emptiness and loss. The hand print is in blood, the hanging beads and bones a tribal tradition of mourning.

The cord around the horns is made from the mourners own hair which they cut short and braid small enough to wrap around the horns and hang small bones and beads from them to ward away bad spirits during their time of grieving.

Tradition fictional, losely based on existing Native American traditions and written by myself. Character is my own, concept and 'tauren name' belong to Blizzard.

Beautifully drawn and I absolutely love the concept of mourning like that - it fits the Tauren so well!
