Description A flight of P-47s put on a display for a group of veterans at an airshow in Colorado Spring, CO.Β The demonstration was partly for the enjoyment of the civillians there, and also for members of the 365th Fighter Group known as the 'Hell Hawks", of which I am a proud member. I am a relative of a pilot in the Hell Hawks who was killed during the Battle for Normandy in 1944. The group flies the famous P-47 Thunderbolt, which was one of the most successful fighters of the war.

Is this "No Guts No Glory", "Hun Hunter VI" and "Wicked Wabbit"?Β

The letters on "No Guts No Glory" are MX-X and this Thunderbolt is WZ-B

If it's the aircraft I'm thinking of it says "WZ-A" on the port side and "B-WZ" starboard. Great shot!
