Revenge is sweet, if I remember correctly, Storm tickled Spectre first.If you recall Spectre did the same thing to Pokefeet attatching a clown nose to him making him honk every few minutes.
Umm anyway this is a request my friend , I hope you like it pal (this is my third tickling picture I drew...idk just had to point it out I guess)
