"After 100 years after the bombs dropped some ponies have reported back that a shadowy figure dressed in a pre-war white dress and sunhat was wandering the wastelands. When member [Null] tried to communicate with the mare, he proceeded to run away from the mare. Upon questioning [Null] his face would go white and he would proceed to curl up into fetal position and mutter gibberish to himself for around two to three hours. The consideration of euthanization out of mercy is currently being debated upon by the overseer. For now the interaction with the mare is suspended until further investigation."
