I don't know about you, but every time I look at pretty shiny insects, it feels like they have been enchanted in some way... Nothing living should be so incredibly shiny, right? Must be magic!This particular scarab is called Ceratophyus hoffmannseggi and it's just too pretty and shiny. I don't know if I did it justice, so please do look up a photo of it.

This is beautiful! I like seeing insects but I am afraid if they crawl on my skin and start biting.
