Awww, any weather is skirt weather. I always assumed girls had natural heating or something, because in all honesty, I've seen girls wear skirts in driving rain and be absolutely comfortable somehow >_>
But actually, this is a quite nice picture. It's true I prefer skirts over pants (who wouldn't) but Gabby makes them work.
One thing I'd note is the buildings on the right don't seem to have roofs. I think even at that angle, a little bit of roof would show. Or maybe I'm just wrong, I don't know; I haven't done art in a year so, I'm not a whole lot of help ;;
