book toothless eats so many fish, and then has so many naps, instead of doing what hiccup asks him to, he'd totally have a bit of pudge.

Love it! They're so dissimilar as to be almost completely different stories, but there are definitely some similarities, and both are totally awesome.

I kind of adore that book hiccup is a freckly-ginger viking; have always wondered why they decided to change that for the movie. but I also love movie hiccup, so hey, not actually complaining! (thank you btw.)

I love both versions too! I think they both have their own merits and are equals in terms of awesomeness I really really love your book!Hiccup - I think it's the best one I've seen yet!

Yes! I really love the movie, and I'm glad that version exists, but the books have such a lovely charm to them, & I adore them both! (thanks so much!)
