Meaning: (Short for Transmedicalist; also known as Truscum) Someone who believes to be transgender you need gender dysphoria, and have gone through, or want to go through sex transition surgeries, and, though not necessarily, wish to start, or are already on hormone medication.

There's too many Transtrenders/"Tucutes" out there saying you don't need dysphoria to be transgender, but if you don't have dysphoria and like having your born sex, then you're fucking cisgender. What I wouldn't give to be comfortable in my own skin and be cis.

Also, note, calling a Transgender Transmed "transphobic" is fucking bullshit. You can't be transphobic if you are transgender.
