I've been tattooing for two years.
I really want to tattoo professional, but
it's very hard to get a job in a tattoo shop in Denmark.
How is it in America?

probably just as hard, if i hadn't been related to the owner of the shop i work in then i probably never would have started doing tattoos. Usually the owners want portfolios of work you've already done or they want to train you themselves and an apprenticeship cost around $2000 to $5000 around where i live...but it really depends on the shop

Yep, that's the same here.
I was offered an apprenticeship, but
I discovered the shop was run by Hells Angels.
They offered to pay me to work for them, but
I said no. Don't want to have anything to do with them.
