EDIT 3-4-2012 ā Holy cow, what DIDN'T I fix on this one! Well, I cleaned up the image a lot, enlarged it, cropped it better, smoothed out much of the colors, and most obviously, added a vintage grungy background and a slight sepia tone over the characters to help them further blend in.This is another of my all-time favorites that I've ever drawn. And now I've fallen in love with it all over again.

Aww! I drew this way back when I got back into BJ while attending college. It was one of the very first pics I drew of BJ and Lydia that implied more than friendship.

Oh.. my... gawsh!!! I love it! Absolutely love it! It reminds me of the scene where BJ saves Lydia from getting hitched to that bull XD I totally agree that this implies more than friendship. It's TOTALLY romance <3 I'm just amazed at how much your drawings bring me back to those good ol' days where Beetlejuice would come on for half an hour, and I would have to watch it secretly because my mom didn't like me watching the show. Yeah, I remember coming home from school and hitting record on the VHS player to tape the episode airing that day. I used to watch it on the first run, when it was airing on ABC. I have the entire series on tape too. They're just aging badly now.

Like I said before, I'll listen to requests and do them if I have time. But I don't guarantee that I will do them. I have several other things I'm working on right now, including a commission, so I don't have time for doing requests at the moment. Besides, I haven't felt like doing much of anything since my grandfather passed away last week.
In short, I'll get to it when I can.

Yes, I see what you're saying with "Negajuice" and Lydia. Sounds cute.
But like I tell everyone else who requests art, I can't make any promises that I will do it. I'll put it on my list of pictures I want to draw, though. It's a cute idea.

This is the original picture. I just enriched the colors and added the parchment background to make it look better. No, Lydia isn't frowning. Her hair is just over her eye.
