Look I don't mean anything against you or you're art this is just a pet peeve of mine it's a really great art you are tallented.But By saying that it's like you're saying his anger and grief and suffering was meaningless that his anger wasn't real that his feelings aren't real The mood potion would have worn off by secret of the sundrop varian was valid in his feelings but it wasn't because of a potion he was alone for months dealing with those negative emotions plus he is a kid Don't say it wasn't real cause he loves his dad. It wasn't a potion it was a realistic reaction also Varian showed doubt and guilt and hesitated for his actions in that episode which is realistic for him to be feeling by saying it was a mood potion your saying that it wasn't real you're saying his very realistic and human feelings for kid who has been grieving alone for months without any moral guidance or emotional support to not be real you're making him less real. You are taking away a very human thing away from him you making it invalid
