Hayley placed higher than Meg on a poll that I did, so her reward is to be tickle tortured all over with alien tendrils!

The plot of this picture is that Hayley, the hippie she is, decided to protest the CIA for withholding information from the public. Because her father Stan was off in Arabia or something for a mission, they decided to just throw her in a holding cell until he comes back to deal with her. Too bad the alien they chose as her cell mate decided he wanted to envelop and tickle her for whatever reason.

I think the next step for drawing practice is to do actual backgrounds. Hope everyone enjoys, and comment below who you think the next drawn tickle victim should be!
