I need her hair as well but whenever I remove it from the model, I get issues with it deforming.

As soon as I remove everything but the hair there's two materials that just kinda collapse

looks to me like the strands aren't weighted.
and it looks like some of th bones are missing from the hair

Oh the bones arent there because its a view in MMD (Dont have a better screen atm and am not on my PC), I didnt touch the strands at all, which is why I'm so confused why they keep going wrong

it's most likely just a wrong texture being loaded, sift through the texture folder and see what you think might match her face

I had this problem before. Of the model is originally Japanese you will have to download the model from a device that has the language set to Japanese and port it to the computer. Hope it works.
