Description In this version, Nighthawk is actually a comic book character in Marvel Universe Earth-626.

In his fictional backstory is that his name is Kyle Richmond. Kyle Richmond is the son of two wealthy parents and was the heir to a Huge Medical Company. When he was 18, his parents were killed and he was left their fortune and the company. However, he was struck down one day, and he was told that he had a heart murmur. Kyle developed a fear of death and Kyle vowed to create a cure for his condition and he will not die. He created a formula and consumed it, which left him with enchanted strength. Kyle decided to create himself a suit and he decided to make a living as a superhero as Nighthawk. Kyle would use his Nighthawk persona as a way to help people and live life to the fullest. He would later meet other heroes as well and wonders who they are. They find out that they have been set up by an evil villain named, Master Menace. They have no idea who he is or looks like, but they defeat his evil plan. They all decided to become a team called, Squadron Supreme and stop Master Menace for many years, until Master Menace would blast their headquarter with his space laser. And the team was unconscious.

In real life, Nighthawk is a clone of a correspondent of the WHIH World News named Jackson Norris. Jackson ended of with his blood is taken from a mysterious doctor and taken to an evil man named, Emil Burbank. Emil Burbank is part of the Powerbrokers and he hates Superheroes, because, he won a nobel prize and the news media only focused on the Avengers and the other heroes come back after Avengers: Infinite. Emil decided to use the comic book where Squadron Supreme was defeated when their headquarter was destroyed by Master Menace's Space Laser. The clone wakes up with the same backstory as Kyle Richmond.

He and the other Squadron Supreme were being told from Emil that, The Avengers are actually evil duplicates of Master Menace who are destroying the world and he needs their help to destroy them. Nighthawk and the others fall for it and went off to kill the Avengers. When they found them, they went to fight them for a while, until Doctor Spectrum (Joseph Ledger) and Gadget-Man (Theodore Anderson) walk out together and tell them the truth. When he sees that he looks exactly like him and sees the comic he is based out of, he has a panic attack and questions if what he does now mean nothing, until he was moved by Captain America's Speech. So, The Squadron Supreme to go back to Emil, when they find out that in the same comic, Master Menace's face is revealed to look exactly like Emil Burbank. The Squadron Supreme and The Avengers team up to fight Emil Burbank and defeat him. He was shocked to see that Hyperion killed him, but they won the day for good.

Nighthawk and The Squadron Supreme decide to be part of the Avengers, but the Avengers told them that they should join the new Heroes for Hire, and be part of that system to help people and they accepted the idea. Some of the members would end up going other teams as well, but Nighthawk went to the Defenders for a while. Nighthawk had to remember he doesn't have his money anymore and that he is a clone. Luke Cage and Jessica Jones-Cage (Jewel Knightress) help him out by letting him work on medication with them to be their medicine man for the team.

Nighthawk is modelled after Aldis Hodge, the man who played Hawkman from the Black Adam movie. Since he played a bird hero, i thought he should be Nighthawk. Since Nighthawk is based on Batman, his suit is modelled on the Keaton Batsuit from the Batman'89 Comic suit and the colours from Nighthawk in the Earth-616 version of Squadron Supreme of America Comic.
