Adrian Toomes was once the owner of a greatest Salvaging Company called, Batwing Salvage, but he was stopped by the new SHIELD and Stark Industries funded clean up crew of every fight called Damage Control. Adrian who was sick of this, and used a lot of money where he was afraid of losing his home and was just crying at the fact that he is going to lose everything, until The Tinkerer showed up as always to buy scrap from him to build anything, but he finds a truckload of alien tech and Adrian who was shocked that it was still their. Adrian came up with an idea with The Tinkerer, to work together and start building weapons to sell to criminals.

They are able to always stay under the radar from the government and SHIELD, while Tinkerer built a special pair of wings for Toomes to steal the high tech stuff from Damage Control so they can make weapons from it and was given the code name, Vulture. He was later found by Spider-Man and decides to go after him and learns who he is. Peter Parker also found out who he was and followed him, and told Peter that he was sick of people like Stark, that people like him and Peter are the ones who build their roads, go into wars for them and eat their table scraps. He also starts to tear up as he just wants to help support his family and make sure that he has a roof over their heads and food on their table. Peter knew he meant well and told him that he understands, but what he did is still wrong.

So, Toomes went to an aerial fight with Spidey who webbed on and crash landed in the ground, but there was a big explosion, but luckily Spidey saves him just in time. Toomes was grateful and promises Peter that he would have his revenge, but he would keep his secret (Just like Otto, and he does keep it to himself as well and never told anyone at all). He would end up part of the Sinister Six.

He is modelled after the MCU Version because, everyone loves that version the best and i do as well. I added a Batman'89 reference to his suit to reference and the wings were modelled after the MCU wings as well.
