Dr. Pulaski's medical Smock is a long-sleeved variation of the Skant that is worn with pants, this unique uniform was requested by Diana Muldaur who felt that the standard jumpsuit worn by the main cast wasn't very flattering for a middle aged woman.

Wesley Crusher's Second Acting Ensign Uniform was inspired by the uniforms worn at the United States Military Academy AKA West Point.

Although introduced in Star Trek Voyager, The Uniform worn by the being posing as Admiral Edward Janeway falls within this family of uniforms as it was in service as of 2358, presumably this may have been introduced alongside the standard line officer jumpsuit uniforms, however in the episode this uniform appears in he is wearing the wrong Combadge.
