I agree with what you said about the horn though it looks like the perspective of it could be tweaked a little based on the head's position. But I love it overall

i love it, and the backgrond goes together seamlessly! i would suggest using a subdued supernova at the end of the horn rather than a lens flare, which comes with the bothersome side effects like the 2 glowing circles farther down the page. I agree that the horn angle is a bit off, and i would use a smaller brush on the tail to distinguish individual strands, though the mane looks flawless! good job!

Lovely work! You've done a nice job combining the different elements together. I really like the peaceful yet wondrous feeling this has.
What were you planning on changing with the horn? I think it looks nice as it is. The lensflare at the end of the horn is a little too bright though, I think. And as bright as it is right now, it should be casting some light on the rocks below it and the horse's muzzle as well.
There is also this weird little circle beneath the 'vi' in the watermark and a glowing area beneath that. I think it may be a side effect of the lensflare filter. If that's the case, I suggest erasing the stray circle and glow because they looks out of place.
I would also suggest subduing the green in the plant just a bit. The whole image is blue or slightly indigo in color, except for that small patch of green on the side. It sorta throws off the balance for me. Or, consider adding in bits of green to other areas of the image, like the planet or the sky.
