Now ... what to do with the Goroloth tail?
There's something odd about the sides of the Goroloth tail, with those little circular "viewport" indentations that make me think of trying to transform this critter -- or portions thereof -- into some sort of aquatic submarocket ship. (Yeah, I just made that up. Like ... a Flash Gordon style "rocket ship," only it's a submarine.) I'd just feel like I'd need to do a lot of heating and bending to try to straighten out that section just a little to make it look less organic. I'm not sure that it'd actually work at all. Plus, I don't know what I'd do for a nose-cone. Hmm. Actually, I think I might have some translucent plastic orbs salvaged from push-up deodorant sticks that might be useful. I usually use them for fantasy gizmos (Iron Kingdoms stuff, mostly), but I could envision one being a sort of "pod cockpit" for a retro-futuristic submarine vessel.
Eh, I really need a free weekend to go kitbashing-crazy.
