After you finish the suicide mission, go to your quarters. You should have an option to call Tali (or whoever is your love interest) up to your quarters. You can then sit on the couch or lie on the bed (as in this picture) with her.

yeah i discovered that just after i finish the suicide mission! but it works only for tali... with miranda or jack it doesnt...

It should work for Miranda and Jack too if you romanced them (and they have to survive the mission, obviously). And if you romanced nobody but had Kelly over for dinner she'll send you an e-mail, after which you can call her up (this also works for FemShep). Kelly is the only one who will wear different clothes (one of those asari dancer outfits) and will dance for Shepard; all the others just get the couch and the bed cuddle scenes.

if you survive the suicide mission, and your love interest is alive too, you can go to your captains quarters and next to your private terminal there is an intercom and it'll let you invite them up.
so in other words. take your time. upgrade the ship all the way. get everyone's loyalty up. beat the living shit outta the collectors.
