I'm tired =_='Anyways, here's Togekiss, a great Pokemon. I spent a little more time on the background than I usually do, I used to just do some dumb pattern or something but I think a real background makes this look better. I was experimenting a bit with the shading, hope that looks fine too.
This started of a Togetic lol, it was going to be a night scene with it flying and looking back, but I found that to be a little hard and drew Togekiss instead.
