Thank you for asking. You may have my permission for using this in your contest. Please, in the future, make sure you read a stock artists rules BEFORE making the image I post them right in the description so you don't even have to go looking for it! But there are plenty of other artists who have specific rules regarding the content of what their stock is put into.
