This was based off of a stream I was watching recently by Rachelizza Dubs and she was streaming with one her friends, Unknown Doug Spirit, when they were playing Sonic Heroes and he had a voice filter that made him sound like Metal Sonic. They made these jokes of Metal Sonic and Rouge being partners and he then goes "All women are queen" and she broke down laughing.
