It's... really plain but thats how I would imagine him wear it.
And of COURSE who WOULDN'T give our adorable little Tim A Batman tube. >lD
Oh and yes that IS Dick/Nightwing... Tanning.... under an umbrella.. I defy the laws of physics.
NOTE: If I have time I will draw like a way better and more detailed pic with those shorts/tube but since there's only two days left and I might not have time to draw it. >lD
