Description I ordered 800 Legos online and my theme again is giant objects made out of that object, so I made a large scale lego out of legos!

There is one major problem I have come across with this project and...I probably shouldn't have used super glue to bind the pieces together, on the sides of the lego are super glue stains and I have tried a number of chemicals to clean it up which include rubbing alcohol and acetone, but the alcohol did nothing and the acetone just ruined the plastic...so I don't know how to remove the glue to make it clean...and ideas?

Nail polish remover is suppose to break down the super glue but that might ruin your whole project. Maybe putting it on a rag first might help. That's all I've got. Nice job, though.

I have an idea, don't use glue! Those legos could have been used again, but now.... oh well. Maybe you could scrape it off with a knife or something. That, or you could look online for glue remover

I like the work . . . but why did you use glue at all? LEGO's are DESIGNED to snap and stay together, right?

Well yes, they are designed to snap together...but this was a sculpture assignment that I got a grade on and I HAD to use something to keep it from falling apart, it had to stay together and not be able to be disassembled, I didn't know the super glue would stain like it did.

maybe use a sharp knife and scratch it off carefully. Depending on the kind of glue, your spittle might help as well (sounds strange, but it works. not shure if it works when the glue is dried up, that is)

I like the idea, even though I first thought it was a cake XD
