Description
I doodled Luffy after an art contest on Saturday and decided to take the doodle home--( I was feeling happy so I decided to depict Luffy like that XD )
Anyway, when I looked at the sketch it really reminded me of something serene, and a feeling of beauty and strength. Thus, I outlined the sketch, colored it, and added a simple background that I believe accomplished my goal.
Think of it as a blue sky, stretching out as far as the eye can see, opening limitless possibilities.

edit: hmm.. this would be a good desktop wallpaper...
I'll leave the 'download' on, then.
Even though it's freakin huge.
