Well theres a new way to see it lol I can see Herobrine as a very honest person. I know in Hero's Bane, hes almost painfully blunt and honest, I really do like that.

lol, in another Minecraft story I'm a part of (Legend of the Amulets by RandomRandi249 ) my character is friends with his variation of Herobrine. (This is gonna get long winded, but bare with me)

This one is the God of Mining, but a long time ago, Israphel (Because we need a good villain for the story, and since those of us who are helping to write the story are big Yogscast Fans, why not use the Pale Faced Man himself?) figured out how to separate the Aether from the Overworld.  Those who die could still enter the Aether, but all communication was severed, and anyone who was in the Aether couldn't exit.  Being unable to communicate with his brother, in combination of everyone suddenly starting to fear him (Probably Israphel's doing) made him forget who he was.  Israphel took full advantage of this and convinced him that he was basically a monster, and he started to help out the Cult.

After a while, he met my character, and became friends with her because she didn't fear him and actively tried to be friends with him (She was, like, 6 at the time and his presence scared away the Hostile Mobs, so she viewed him as a safe person).  He tried to keep their friendship a secret, but he was a pretty sucky liar.  The cultists just didn't dare to provoke him because he's crazy powerful.  'Cause you know.  He's a god.  Even Israphel feared him, and tried his best to not provoke him, unless he felt it was going too far.

Aww thank you! His style is inspired by others that I've seen, but I do try to give him my own little twist.
