This is so cute! It's got a kinda harry potter feel, and a really neat boyish look. The orange turtleneck is a very nice touch too.

I've got things i just don't post, either. Whether because i'm to lazy, or i don't want to. (Though for me, it's probably the too lazy. -sweatdrops-)
If you ever do plan on posting the story, or a blah of it. (you know when you write down most everything that happens in the story, and things about most of the main characters and such and it's usually not too organized? That) i'd love to see it. Your story sounds pretty cool.
I really wanna know what special abilities he has, what side he ends up being on, since Konoha and Sand are the 'good guys' in Naruto, are they the good guys in your time? And is Keitsuke a good guy or a bad one, and is he a klutz most times till battle? (It's the glasses and the sweet look he's got in the piccy) or does he just seem like it?

Keitsuke is a light headed, conceited mizukage and may act klutzy sometimes but never during battles... It's like he changes personalities

Whenever someone's asking you questions, your brain just starts working on the answers and the little details, am i right? (That's usually how it is for me, but i'm used to giving myself the questions as of late.)
So...... He really is evil? Is Akatsuki still around in some form, and what about Sound? Are they on any side, or will Keitsuke end up having to swallow his pride and team up with Konoha and Suna (you never really said if they were good guys still) to defeat the greater threat?
What special skills does he have? A Kekkai Genkai or favorite weapon as well?
Is there a romantic interest, or is he too concieted to notice any or gain any actually good ones? (Instead it's those stuck-up women who are attracted to money and power. And not some sweet strongw-willed girl who he could actually find himself caring about)
Does he have any siblings?
Are there any demon-carriers? And do you have the other Kage's personalities and profiles mapped out already? And what about any other sub- or main-characters?
And, just cause of the bells i have to ask; does he play some sort of musical instrument?

I have most of the main characters and villains mapped out...
Akatsuki is still alive and is actually growing... They're no longer limited into 9 members! Well there will be 9 elite members... but in those times, the new akatsuki leader established a mission to aspiring elites. Anyone who can retrieve the 9 legendary akatsuki rings will gain an elite status (only 8 rings are left to be found since the new leader has one already)...
The rings are currently in possession of the 5 great countries... Akatsuki was a threat, still is a threat, and will always be a threat!
Keitsuke will never want to team up with Fire or Wind... But there is a crucial time where he needed to...
The sound country is now dormant... Since the death of most Orochimarunian followers, it has reverted back into being a suburb of the Rice country... However it still has some powerful ninja to reckon...
Keitsuke is too conceited to ever love someone... No one actually liked him that way...
Demon-carriers have exploded and neo-demons are on the rise. Keitsuke is actually a demon-carrier himself. He carries Kyuubi's anti-thesis, The ice fox (where he got his nick name)
Keitsuke doesn't play any instrument.
He doesn't have a family.
He summons a large scorpion named Antaresu.

Keitsuke doesn't like the Hokage because they have different views in life... And he treats allies of his enemy as enemy... so suna and konoha are allies, Konoha is an enemy, therefore suna is an enemy...
