Ah right, I had a friend that used to do that, he used to get angry or upset and I think he needed to let that energy out, he didnt want to lash out or hurt anyone so did it to himself, kind of a release. Its not the best way of doing things but Im not gonna lecture you, I just hope that you get to a place in yourself where you dont feel the need to do that anymore
