Description Now there are many strange monsters and creatures scattered around the Nind Realms: massive Trolls, the ugly Ogres, the ethereal Light and Dark Elves, Kraken the dreaded sea monster, the seductive Huldra, the countless Wulver that roam free, malicious beast call Mare and the Fallen Gods of Niflheim to name a few. But the most important, mysterious and dangerous out there, are the Norns. They are the most powerful beings in all the realms, something Odin is very envious of. Like the Fates of Greek Mythology, they govern the lives and destinies of Gods, Giants, morals and all things, knowing what happens next including when and how. The three beings: Urdr, Verdandi, and Skuld also take charge of taking care of the branches of Yggdrasil by pouring water from the Well of Ird pouring on it.

The origins are shrouded in mystery as no one knows for certain who created them or where they’re from, only they’re from a land for to the west (what we know as Scotland) and seem to worship a being they call Mani Moon (or the Man on the Moon). No one has seen them, he’ll no one knows what they even look like, and the only known place to hopefully find them is a cave that’s deep in the mountains near the Yggdrasil branch connecting Midgard. Unlike the Fates, they don’t control fate for themselves and fulfill their role to the letter, often putting people on their destined paths they foresee. If you want to take to them, it’s on their terms. But beware what they tell you. It might not be what expect.
