yes, this is suppose to be gabara. in my defense, I drew this in school with no reference at all. and I forgot specifically how gabara face lookedso I sort of winged it. I think this is my most radical redesign out of all my 2014 recreations.
this took the entire school day to finish. again, graviportal feet, a bit more bulky, and a minuscule tail just for the heck of it. i'm a bit 50/50 about liking this picture or not.

weight:100,000 tons
special abilities: can produce an electrical charge that leads directly to the arm. gabaras fighting style is very similar to bears, in which he would wrestle down (with the aid of electrocution) his opponents and brutally beat them until death occurs. it is believed that electric charges and emp attacks are able to momentarily disable another monsters ability to use their special abilities( atmic fire, nuclear pulse, etc)

So this guy is still a dirty coward? What if he was a specialized baby kaiju killer and while he CAN fight kaiju his own size quite well he's too afraid to unless he has no other option.

I think this looks fantastic, great work! I actually think it's better than the original, haha. Also, don't feel too discouraged; it's not worth taking the negative comments into account~ ;3

He looks (to me) like a combination of demon and goblin.

The scales look awesome as always. But the overall build looks a little top-heavy to me.

because he's leaning forward? his overall correct stance would be fully erect just like the original. I sort of depicted it leaning in, about to charge at his undrawn enemy.

Dang nice! Now this is what I call LEGENDARY and I indeed love the level of detay and realism you incorporated into this kaiju. Though to be honest I was never a fan of this monster to begin with,but what I see here is indeed outstanding. Great work

thanks for the detailed compliment . I honestly know many people who wouldn't even want to recall this kaiju's existence. he certainly isn't an impressive monster. but my utter love for the kaiju franchise just forced me to depict him and at least make him more ferocious.

/oocorona: I've noticed that this Gabara lacks those horn things on his heads that I think glow pink when charging up his electrocution attack. (If you don't know what I mean, look at either GAHF or some screenshots, or if you can stand it, watch Godzilla's Revenge to see.)\
