Rouge the Witch has returned for Halloween. She has invited a few friends to help her with some brewing later on. She'll be looking forward to their visits.

This is another showcase of Rouge's Witch outfit, this time with the Sonic Runners version of the outfit, but keeping the legs and hat from the Sonic Forces Speed Battle version, and the arms and gloves from her default outfit.
