*at this time luke and goku fight and as they fight, luke thrusts his sword at goku numerous times, however goku simply evades them, luke then unleashes a leg sweep, but not before goku jumps to evade luke's leg sweep and kicks luke in the face causing luke to fly and crash on the ground*
Luke: You're really going all out huh goku!?
Goku: hehe! I sure am luke!*goku says with a smile*

Goku: I'm impressed luke, your attack caused some damage on me.
Luke: Yeah, but your raging blast is a helluva lot stronger than mine.
Goku: Your raging blast is a pretty impressive attack. It's like Naruto's rasengan but it doesn't require a lot of time for it to charge. This fight's really gotten me pumped up! Let's take it up a notch!*yelled goku as he turns super saiyan* Alright luke! Come at whenever you want!
Luke: Super saiyan!? What the hell man!?
Z Alliance: Have you lost your mind Goku!?

Jaco: They had been sent on a mission to capture a creature that exists on the planet they were assigned to. What we learned is the inhabitants of that planet called these creatures, danger beasts.akamegakill.wikia.com/wiki/Dan…
Ryuko and Laharl didn't arrive at the rendezvous point, so I had no choice but to ask these three girls to file a report to the galactic patrol. But that's not the only reason I came here.
Luke: What do you mean!?
Jaco: We recently learned that a few days ago, two criminals escaped from the galactic prison along with a few other prisoners as well.
Z Alliance: Seriously!?
DMB: Who escaped!?
Jaco: I don't know their names, but from what the information I gathered from the wardens and other witnesses, they were criminals your group apprehended some time ago. Here's a sketch of what the two individuals look like.*said jaco as he reveals a crude sketch of two aliens, one wearing a futuristic cowboy attire and one with a black suit jacket while wearing a fedora and sunglasses*

Z Alliance: COWBOY AND BEBOP!!!
Luke: Cowboy and Bebop!? Didn't Zastin arrest those two during our last confrontation with them!?
Naruto: Don't tell me those guys want revenge now!?
DMB: What else could it be naruto?
Rito: Jaco, is there anything else you can tell us?
Jaco: I learned that this cowboy and bebop along with the rest of the escaped prisoners as you refer to them as, are currently hiding out on the same planet ryuko and laharl have been declared missing. Not only that, they recently smuggled high class level intergalactic weapons. The galactic patrol have reason to believe they plan to barter with the inhabits of the world they're hiding out on in exchange for these high class weapons. Giving advanced weaponry to a developing planet is against galactic law and dangerous to a planet's society.
Neptune: You should never violate the prime directive.*quoted neptune as her friends begins to slowly lean their heads towards her giving her confused and irritated expressions*
Jaco: Anyway....The galactic patrol need your help in dealing with these criminals. Are you able to help?
Rito: Of course! If it's for ryuko and laharl, we'll help you jaco.
Naruto: So are you gonna come with us and help, jaco?
Jaco: Sadly I no choice, I've been given explicit orders to aid you all and arrest the criminals. Also one last thing, they want cowboy and bebop to be captured alive. Luke: Why's that?
Jaco: From the rumors I heard, various planets wish to establish their own form of Z Alliance factions and they need reformed and or highly dangerous criminals to do so.
DMB: Like the Suicide Squad?
Jaco: The who?*asked jaco*
DMB: Never mind. Anyway you were saying.
Jaco: Right, the reason behind their desire to use criminals is because of the mental states of each criminal. From what I learned the z alliance has had a success rate of 95 percent when dealing with intergalactic criminals and space mafia organizations as well as helped the economic state of various planet. Many races believe this success rate is so high due to the fact that many members of the Z Alliance deviate from rational thinking when confronted with a problem and thanks to this irrationality of your group, many planets have been prosperous. Since most criminals have an irrational mindset when they commit crimes, they wish to channel a criminal's behavior into something positive.
Rito: I see....
Naruto: Man we must be pretty badass if the universe wants to be like us, right dmb?

DMB: Yes we are.But, I don´t think that´s a good thing for the most of it.
Naruto: Why?
DMB: It´s nice that other planets are trying to redeem these criminals by giving them a chance to fight for the right cause, but some criminal minds are a maze.You never know when they are going to go nuts one day.Caution at these times is essential, and they need good equivalents of you and Rito to keep them in line.
Jaco: You´re right about that. Which is why the galatic patrol are keeping the tabs on each operation to prevent such risk.
Rito:Well that´s a relief.
DMB: In any case Jaco, thanks for the heads up. Mako,Etna.Flonne, we´re going to gear up and get ready for the mission. If you want a ride, just check in with Gene.

Also, our old friends Cowboy and Bebop went prison break and are now smuggling high tech weapons in this world.Expect trouble, and with those two that means double.

Edward: What can you tell us about this world?
DMB: Not much. Jaco didn´t have time to gather enough info on the planet.He was just ther eto pick Ryuko and Laharl, which he wasn´t able to. In fact, those two were supposed to give an insight regarding such world.Since they gave no word back, I believe we´re gonna have to find more about this world ourselves.

To answer your question, shinoa cowboy and bebop were space bounty hunters with the singular goal of capturing select members of the z alliance. Apparently a lot of intergalactic criminals had placed bounties on certain members of the Z Alliance. Needless to say, cowboy and bebop wanted to capture our friends not just for the money but simply to test their skills against our group.
Yoichi: So are we on these criminals bounty list too!?
DMB: Probably not. You former JIDA(japanese imperial demon army) soldiers just recently joined our ranks. However if you guys keep helping us uphold the peace, you probably might get bounties of your own.
Mitsuba: What the hell did we sign up for!?
Shinoa: I just hope no tentacled alien bounty hunters come after us. Of course they'd probably be more interested in violating mitsuba than me!*shinoa says in a cynical tone*

DMB: Cowboy and Bebop are both skilled at dual wielding guns. They have excellent survival and hunting skills, not only that they belong to a species that have the ability to stretch their bodies and morph their arms into forms that fit the tasks they're confronted with.
Kimizuki: I guess we just have to make sure to watch ourselves against these two.

Tatsumi: These guys are all the same....They throw their weight around and use their power for evil. Tatsumi: What was up with you earlier luke? The way you attacked ogre was...unbelievable! You were like a real assassin.
Luke: I think it was what ogre said earlier, when he said those words, I sorta became empty for a moment and without thinking, I attacked him. If I had to guess why it happened, it must've been due to my experience fighting all the past enemies I encountered. Each one of them were incredibly powerful warriors, Master Van, Mosquito, Nui, Jose, Mike. When I fought ogre, it was like my past experiences with my past enemies brought out my killing instincts or something like that?
Tatsumi: Well, whatever you did sure saved our asses, let's hope those killer instincts of yours help us next time.
Luke: Right!*agreed luke while he smiled*

Our best bet is to simply disguise ourselves and search the entire club. All we really need to do is find out if this club of cowboy and bebop's is holding anything illegal in the club and once we find out we'll find the right time and moment to bring them down!

Everything about the dragonballs is in that journal! From shenron and the number of wishes and its rules and even namek itself! My friends didn't want to say anything earlier because we're hoping to use the dragonballs to revive the people who'll die in this world during the coming battles that will take place but we needed to discuss it with night raid over when to use the dragonballs.
(after tatsumi had read the diary, he questioned whether this was a cheap attempt from luke to console him, but as tatsumi stares into luke's eyes he sees an aura of sincerity and desperation over luke's desire to have tatsumi believe him when tatsumi falls to ground and says*
Tatsumi: You really are telling the truth...! *he said as he clenches luke's diary and begins to cry one again* Luke...I...I... I BELIEVE YOU! *he said as he sobs loudly as tears of joy as luke kneels to the ground and places his shoulder on him as he calmly smiles*
