This character's name is Mitsuki a slime girl I drew in 2011,she was the by product of my obsession with naruto back in 2011 as well as the artwork of a slimegirl I drew from a website called danbooru.

Mitsuki was the child of Naruto Uzumaki and Slime san, a slime girl I drew that belong to an artist called 7010 on danbooru. (This is now retconned) She was originally a request I received from a deviant called who now goes by I drew
