and in this scene the battle continues with Mike Phoenix stepping by transforming into his Ultra Savior form and then firing some beams at Phantom Speedster.... however, what Speedster does not know is that the lasers/beams are dropping sparkles of light on to the ground. he steps on one of them and... it deontates. blasting him into the air.
Phantom Speedster somehow recovers and transforms into his strength of bonds form before firing a MASSIVE Blast at Mike Phoenix... however, even though Mike is getting pushed back... he is not flinching, nor do his feet feet leave the ground...he's tanking it like he's got some sort of "Fighting Game Ultra Armor".... for lack of a better word.
