It's Sparky. Y'know...Richie's pikachu? Yah. I was watching some old episodes the other day, when I had the urge to draw gijinkatized Sparky flirting with Pikachu.
Meowth is jealous. Can you see his sparks of jealousy? XDI'm surprised ~hopelessromantic721 and ~Kanashimi-chan didn't get to this first. O_o
