Okay, I touched a little more on him. Now I just need to get the lighting right. I can't seem to put a proper red lighting on the picture. But I'll have to do the best I can. The "Come and Play..." line is inspired by how he acted in the dream I had about him and how in a very creepy manner would say "Want to play a game?" and "Come and Play..." when he was about to toy with you and terrorize you. Like I said, he is supposed to have a Sonic.exe vibe/feel to him, only a lot creepier. Aside from needing to adjust the lighting on it, this is otherwise the final draft.
