Yes, because both Starblaze and Moonblaze are kids of Cybertron Scourge. I still can't work out a mother for them. *ponders*

If it's got to be someone from the Cybertron series, maybe Arcee? I've not watched many episodes of Cybertron, so I don't know the names of any other female transformers.
