I do not know precisely what to say about it. Good choice for a background First.
I like pose and character. Beautiful colors and shadows are used. I can't only Fave and run, it deserves the praise.

Anatomy is very good on the feet and nails are powerful
Wings are especially beautiful and they are white stripes on them look cool.
Shell as real, you have good shadows on them. Tail I like how suddenly descends downward and spine is positioned correctly. I could see small deformities of the tail xD usually notice details.
Jaw and teeth are also good with the look.

And finally ... tip of the tail is good with accessories.
