I got a request to do an inflated AnnaSophia Robb by Montyclan, I wanted to make it unique, so I drew AnnaSophia as her lead character Bethany Hamilton from Soul SurferAnd the joke is that because of her hugely inflated body, AnnaSophia's struggling to keep herself balanced on her surfboard
Absolutely no disrespect is meant to the actual Bethany Hamilton by this picture, this was made for fun and not in any way to make fun of Bethany, or her accident
