Basically, this is one of the scenarios/bonding moments of Shintaro with the Mekakushi Trio in Route OS. Route OS, for those who did not/wasn't able to read my earlier explanation, is essentially an AU Route that my friends and I made up with the main point being: What would happen if the Mekakushi Trio was adopted by the Kisaragis instead of the Tateyamas?

btw, for the end part when Seto was mumbling, what he was saying (which Shintaro misheard) is "Eto" and "Ano" (written like "えto" and "あno" just so it's kinda implied that Shintaro only heard the second part clearly) but Shintaro only heard the last two syllables (To...No...) which is how Tono got his name. Like stated, Seto wanted to name him "Shinichi" just because that's really adorable and stuff but he was too shy and awkward ;n;
