One more question about this family. Who are the heirs to the throne? Elias and Megan or Ken and Sally.

Uh... Well, the heir to the throne in Metropolis in my AU used to be Megan and Elias but was then switched over to Sonic as the heir to the throne once Sonic's father and mother, which were the former king and queen, returned and finally put Sonic in charge. Sally and Ken are heirs to the throne of the Kingdom of the Free People. So, yeah. XD

How did they get the throne?

Jules told Max, which was one of his very close friends, that his children were being targeted, and if he appointed one of the children as heir to the throne, then they would be killed. (My AU is gruesome.) Then he told Max that in his absence, if it ever occurred, that Max and his family would temporarily rule Metropolis until the oldest child, if still alive, had come of age, which was around 24-25 years old, would start ruling the kingdom in case Jules or Aleena or both didn't return.

Oh, it's very interesting. In my canon there are 4 Kingdoms. Acorn, Mobotropolis, Dragon and Mercia. Acorn was ruled by Max and Alicia, currently ruled by Elias and Megan. Mobotropolis was ruled by Zokar and Aleena, at the moment Aleena is the unique ruler due to the death of her husband and the heirs to the throne are Sonia and Espio. Dragon is ruled by Ken and Sally. Mercia is ruled by Rob and Mari-An.

Zokar is a fancharacter that appeared on the internet several years ago. I have no idea who created him, but I always use him as the father of Sonic, Sonia and Manic.

I in my canon I put Uncle Chuck and Jules as their older brothers.

In my headcanon, Jules and Chuck are siblings to Aleena.
And there is an OC that I named Jules Amedeus Hedgehog, which marries Aleena.
So there's two Jules. The brother and the husband.

In my canon Bernadette is the only sister of Aleena and her younger sister. Bernadette is married with Jules and have a daughter called Miranda.

What were the reasons?
In my AU, Zokar and Amadeus never met, but Amadeus (and Merlin) met and befriended Chuck and Jules many years after Zokar's death.

Well, in my AU, Jules and Amadeus were introduced to each other by their mothers at a young age and progressed from there. Sonic and Tails were never introduced by anyone but themselves because when Sonic was six years of age, he found Tails abandoned just outside his house.

In my AU Sonic and Tails met in the same way as in Sonic X. By that point Sonic had resigned his place on the throne (but he did not like talking about it with anyone, he even told Knuckles not to say No word on that to anyone). And Tails did not know who his parents were. Well, what comes next is how you saw it in Sonic X.

Well, I only told you the first time they met when they were younger. They were separated and forgot about each other since they were young, then they met once again, and it was similar to what happened in Sonic X.
