A charactor from the animated series about the Teen Titans, at the first appearance, he was actually Robin, but after that, someone stole that costume and become the new RED X, and we don't even know whether he is good or bad. Beast Boy suspected that Red X could be Jason Todd, the second Robin, or Robin's evil twin, or at least his long-lost brother. lol. The Jason Todd theory seems to be the most reliable. Anyway, in the comic world Jason did become a villain, named Red Hood.
